*Job Title: **Network Architect* *Duration: 12+ months Location : Minneapolis, MN* *Major Duties/Responsibilities:* Act as the technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) on client engagements and provide technical guidance to the team. Responsible for troubleshooting, installing, implementing, and administering network systems and providing tier II and tier III support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Solution, Designing, Monitoring, Integration, Support/Maintenance and Architecture. Understand Customer business deployment needs and design solutions building Enterprise Networks (LAN/WLAN/WAN/Datacenter). Designs and implements network systems. Provides support for network connectivity or related network issues for the user community. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves network problems. Plans and monitors the installation of network systems. Should be open to work in a global distributed environment with Cross-cultural sensitivity. The person in this role is expected to respond to high impact issues on a 24x7 basis, participating in a rotating on-call schedule with other team members. *Qualifications* Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Thorough knowledge on advanced TCP/IP concepts, switching, routing protocols Layer 2, Layer 3 protocols.
