Elicit, create and review business requirements and functional design documents (use cases, functional specifications, reports, screen prototypes). 2. Develop requirements through use of interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, understanding of business rules, etc. 3. Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver business requirements and use cases as needed 4. Serve as the liaison between business units and the production and IT development teams 5. Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. 6. Articulate and present business analysis results clearly and concisely to programming staff 7. Contribute to the development, testing, acceptance testing and implementation process 8. Contribute to the development of user guides and training materials as appropriate 9. Participate in end user training
