*Position: **QA Manager* *Location: WARREN, NJ * *Duration: Long Term Contract* *Job description * • End to End Ownership for QA deliverables and strategic consulting for the customer involving various stakeholders • Tracking of efficiency/process improvements in TCS model of Onshore, Offshore teams. • Plan and implement detailed QA roadmap in an integrated environment involving multiple technologies/framework • Helps customer in achieving quality assurance objectives by contributing to strategic plans, implementing roadmaps, identifying and resolving problems, recommending improvements and implementing change. • Measure and improve quality by collecting, analyzing, summarizing, reporting and acting on various metrics data. • Ownership for accomplishing business objectives and exploring opportunities to add value to the relationship.
