There is an urgent requirement of *Workday Consultant @ San Francisco, CA.*If interested then please send your updated resume ASAP. *Position : Workday Consultant* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Job Description:* Primary contact for supporting production complex Workday integrations Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops to build integration requirements documents Author techno-functional design documents for complex Workday integrations Work with IT Integrations team to configure, test, deploy complex Workday integrations to downstream applications Working with Program Manager to prioritize and manage project and enhancement requests Identify opportunities to leverage salesforce.com technology and build on the Workday platform Provide input to the HR Technology Roadmap Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management Partnering with Business Analysts and Quality Engineering to define and reviewing QA test plans/scripts Partnering with Business Analysts for QA and UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance signoff Preparation of design and process documentation as necessary Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements Participate on a scrum team under our Agile software development lifecycle process *Required Skills:* 3-7 years of technical analyst and/or development experience Knowledge and understanding of HR business functions, including benefits, performance management, recruiting, and compensation Experience with designing/testing/integrating a core HR system and downstreams through system interfaces Strong understanding of HR data models especially core HR, management and organizational hierarchies Knowledge of with data conversion tools/technologies, EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, SOA, or ETL Experience designing and implementing self-service and cloud based technology solutions Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment Ability to work on multiple projects against competing deadlines Hands-on experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and conversions Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users *Desired Skills:* Experience with the Workday platform strongly desired Experience with the salesforce.com 's development platform, Force.com Experience using and administering the salesforce.com 's Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud products Project management or development lead experience highly desired Experience with Workforce configuration and analytics Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development team Hands-on experience with report writing *Primary Skill:* Consulting and technical experience in Workday, SAAS/Software as a Service, Cloud Computing, Human capital management/Human Resources *Secondary Skill:* Agile Project Management, Technical design and specifications, testing, interface, portal and Cloud Solutions *Thanks & Regards* *Sumit Suman* | *Technical Recruiter* |*Saviance Technologies*| Email: [email protected] Direct*: 732-902-0866| **Metuchen, New Jersey*<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metuchen,_New_Jersey> www.saviance.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
