*Position Title: Oracle AIMS Developer* *Location: Quincy, MA* *Rate : Negotiable* *Start Date: ASAP* *Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* •Assist with the implementation and customization of the new Oracle solution . •Coordinate with the security architect and engineering teams to review proposed design for enterprise implementation. •As needed, design, develop, and unit test web services and other security integration components using J2EE. •Assist with the Security Plan, System Risk Assessment and other CMS security processes and compliance items. •Asses existing security controls and assist with the implementation of required security controls (CMS, Federal) *Requirements:* •Bachelor’s or Masters degree in computer science or related field •Experience with Oracle Identity management 11g R2Suite (Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Virtual Directory, Oracle Unified Directory, BI publisher) •Must be 100% hands-on with JAVA and have expertise using JAVA to customize Oracle 11g R2 IDM suite (e.g. Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager) •Experience in the design and implementation OIM custom connectors. •Experience with 11gR2 Oracle Identity Manager API in developing Event Handlers for Extending User Management Operations and plugins framework to extend or customize the features provided by the Product. •Experience implementing provisioning work flow process using BPEL or Oracle SOA technology. •Solid understanding of Sun Identity Manager, Sun Access Manager & Sun LDAP. •Solid understanding of OPSS framework and knowledge of configuring different security store. •Extensive development experience in Spring Framework for Aspect Oriented programming and Spring declarative Transaction management. •Experience in integrating with OAM rest web services. •Solid understanding of single sign on concepts and Identity federation between Security provider and service provider •Knowledge of SOA / ESB / Web Services a plus •Experience with Oracle Waveset XPRESS Forms and Workflows •Must have 6 yrs of security design, development and release experience in Java development. •Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting experience. •General knowledge of secure Java EE coding practices.
