*Technical Requirements & Qualifications: *
Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant IT support experience with a company(s) 
supporting multiple customer nodes in a networked environment
Hardware Certification
Strong troubleshooting skills in voice equipment, desktop hardware, desktop 
software, connectivity, Microsoft servers, operating systems (Windows and 
Mac), office automation applications, 
remote access, cable modem access, internet access and client server 
technology
Expert in PC and handheld operating systems hardware and software (Windows 
and Mac)
Perform hardware & software installations, upgrades and problem resolution 
to facilitate Aspect employee's day-to-day productivity. 
Strong working Knowledge of PC hardware (Dell and Apple), PC office 
automation software (MS offices, internet browsers and email), PC 
peripherals (Printers, modems and scanners), WiFi and 
cellular
Mobile devices hardware and software, Wireless devices, Smartphones 
(Blackberry, Android and iPhone)
Configure computer hardware including desktops, laptops, and tablets 
involving imaging desktop, laptop, and tablets.
Install computer hardware including the physical setup of desktops, 
laptops, tablets, monitors, and printers.
Troubleshoot computer hardware problems including network connectivity, OS, 
and hardware problems.
Strong working knowledge of tablets: iPad, and Android
General Working Knowledge of: Connectivity (CISCO Routers/Hubs , NAS 
devices, Microsoft Servers)
Remote access, Client Server applications, Voice technology
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of 60 College credits 
required or military experience or technical/trade school certification
Experience working as a Hardware/Server technician/Systems Administrator in 
a fast paced environment
Hardware troubleshooting experience (server, motherboards, hard drives, 
discs, etc.)
Hands-on experience with one or more of the follow hardware platforms a 
plus: Rackable, HP, Dell. 
Experience working in a large facility with multiple servers, computer 
rooms or a datacenter is a plus
