*Job Details:*

In general all of these roles require hands on PM types, not PMO skill
sets. People who actually did development, configuration, system testing
etc. before they moved into project management. They all need to have
managed several implementations.

• *PM 1 *(4-6 Months) – Hands on ERP PM – Knows Req-Pay,
Order-cash, Close – Report, and integration(between inbound/outbound
systems and vendors(ACH, ADP, EDI, etc.)). Will drive many system
enhancements in the current ERP and interfacing systems to support company
standardization and the BPO & SSC implementation. Prior Big 4 experience
a plus. Driver personality. SAP/JDE/Oracle background but this is not a
major ERP situation at SSB. It is OHM.

• *PM 2 *(4-6 Months) – BPO ERP PM - Has transitioned AR, AP, and
Expense processes to a BPO. Would interface with the BPO project manager
on a daily basis. Driver personality.

• * PM 3* – (4-6 Months) – CRM / Call Center PM – Has managed Call
Center builds including selection and implementation of IVR, ACD, PBX
(Cisco), and the CSR cock-pit/CRM (Salesforce is preferable but Siebel,
SAP, Genesis, OK). Driver personality. Lead multiple projects…

• *PM 4* – (4-6 Months) ITO PM – Has transitioned Infrastructure
Monitoring & Support, Data Centers, and Help desk to a ITO provider.
Would interface with the ITO project manager on a daily basis. Driver
personality. Lead multiple projects…

• *PM 5* – (4-6 Months) Canadian ERP conversion. JDE to Ohm
Financials, Manufacturing, Order Management, Purchasing, modules. Also
includes plant consolidation efforts. Requires similar skills as PM #1.
