Hello, Hope you’re doing great, We have a below requirement with our Direct Client please check through the requirement and let us know you’re comfort levels on the requirement, Waiting for your response ASAP. *Job Title: Jive Upgrade Consultant* *Location : SFO CA* *Duration : 6+ months* 10+ years of experience in operating systems analysis/ engineering. *Responsibilities will include* • inventory and document existing active and customized features of Jive platform • develop migration risk plan and re-certify functionality with risk and compliance department • develop, implement plan for which custom components can be removed • inventory and document all features of new version not offered in current version • develop risk plan for all new features and certify with risk and compliance department • develop, document, and implement a Jive technical upgrade project plan • develop layout redesign project plan and engage design department resources for implementation • re-write and update an administrator's operations guide for the new version Jive platform Requirements • Familiarity and experience with common enterprise project management methodologies. A strong background in understanding and documenting business requirements and workflows a must. • Direct project leadership experience, especially creating task breakdowns, task estimating, and standard project reporting. Attention to managing details important. • Past experience in leading a technical software migration or upgrade. • Working knowledge of web-based technologies (CSS, XML, HTML, JS, etc.) • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated abilities for clear, honest communication in stakeholder interactions. Pluses • Working knowledge of enterprise collaboration platform Jive (or Lithium, Yammer, etc) • Experience working in a finance or regulated environment Cultural Requirements Communicator: You possess strong communication skills and are customer-focused.
