*Job Title: Business System Analyst* *Location: Santa Ana, CA * *Rate: Negotiable* *Duration: 6 months* *Job responsibilities:* a. Conducting requirements gathering team meetings with business users and technical team and capture the requirements and use cases. b. Detailed documentation preparation for requirements, use cases, ERD, functional, non-functional requirements. c. Well versed with UML modeling. d. User Interface prototypes development e. Process flow development f. Excellent written and oral communication skills. g. Prior experience in moderating JAD sessions. h. Basic Project Management skills and providing project progress update to project stakeholder's. i. Designing UI mockups. *Qualifications:* 1. Minimum 8--9 yrs. strong experience in Business System Analysis preferably in Mortgage/Loans Processing/Short Selling domain. 2. Excellent written, documentation and oral communication skills. 3. Prior Working experience of directly working with is highly experienced business users and industry experts is must. 4. Prior experience in working on onsite-offshore project and played role of onsite BA where communicating requirements to the team located at offshore. 5. Prior experience in requirements development and management is must. 6. Well versed with SDLC process. 7. Certification or training in business analysis area is preferred.
