Responsibilities:

Participate in software development on the Salesforce.com platform using
Agile/Scrum methodologies.
·
Work in a team using ETL technologies to migrate data from legacy systems to the
Salesforce data model.
·
Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software
within the Salesforce
environment.
· Be a master of
balancing your availability to stakeholders for day to day activities and
bringing new and innovative solutions to the team.
· Ensure that solutions are
high quality and tuned for optimum performance.

· Excellent
communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both IT and

leaders.
· A strong sense of

· Experience/
knowledge of SEP and Agile development processes.
Minimum
Requirements:
·
4+ years experience with SFDC Object design, SOQL & SOSL, Apex and
VisualForce.
· 2+ years
experience using ETL tools.
·
2+ years experience with Force.com Migration
Tool.
· Experience developing
using the Agile/Scrum
methodology.
· Excellent
communication skills.
·
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related
field.
Preferred
Requirements:
· Salesforce Advanced
Developer Certification.
·
Experience working in a multi-team Salesforce development
environment.
· 2+ years
experience using
Informatica.
· Experience
using Continuous Integration processes with
Salesforce.com.
· Experience
in the Telecommunications Industry.
