Summary: To be successful in the role the candidate must prove to be innovative and collaborative with excellent communication skills. The position will be the primary technical lead for the Oracle Right Now technology suite at Ameriprise Auto and Home. They will be working with many parts of the division as wells as with the Ameriprise Financial teams to understand individual roadmaps and tool usage. Most work will be on the integration and support of the tool, we will go through an annual cycle of reviewing additional components for the tool and decide on increased capabilities. This individual will also from time to time help with the efforts in the Interactive IT organization.
