• Design, develop, and maintain the J2EE and UI
applications that drive our front end and back end systems
• Provide unit tests for software applications
• Participate in multi-disciplinary projects
• Contribute to team’s growing set of development
platforms, tools, and processes
*Qualifications/requirements*
• Expertise on J2EE, Java, Web Services (Rest/SOAP),
Java Script, HTML, and XML
• Proficient in writing high quality, scalable,
reusable code using OOP Javascript, various JS libraries and frameworks
(jQuery, Angular, NodeJS, Require, etc), HTML/CSS.
• Expert understanding level web services and design
patterns such as MVC
• Experience with versioning and repository tools
such as GIT, Subversion and/or CVS.
• Experience with Continuous Integration systems
such as CruiseControl, Hudson, Bamboo, and/or Jenkins
• Experience with development processes using
Agile, Scrum,
*Nice to have skills*
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix s.
• Expertise with Maven, and/or Ant.
• Passion for new technologies and attention to
detail.
• Teamwork, collaboration and knowledge sharing and
documentation are essential
