-Manager would like someone with at least 3 years .NET Engineer Background
( from Enterprise level company with large team setting)

-Should have strong understanding of SDLC, and Production Support Methods
-Customer Facing role interacting with Customer Service, Operations etc.
-This person will identify issues in the environment and troubleshoot those
accordingly
-team is 15 production support analysts
- this role is 100% production support, improving the process in place and
troubleshooting those not development
-local candidates preferred
Responsibilities includes analyzing and diagnosing product related issues
that arise during day to day operations. Ability to quickly resolve these
issues and document them in a timely manner in order to meet service levels
and standards. Collaborate with different departments within the
organization on the investigation and remediation of unforeseen system
issues. Resolves escalated complex incident tickets within the established
timeframes while providing quality customer service.

*Responsibilities:*

• Responsibilities include maintaining web-application and business-logic
infrastructure using Visual Studio .NET, C#, ASP.net, SQL, XML, XSLT,
n-tier, OOP/OOD
• Responsible for activities involved in the analysis, design, development,
troubleshooting, debugging and maintenance of enterprise, high-volume,
transactional systems.
• Diagnose and track problems that affect system performance or
availability
• Respond to system failures by notifying the Customer, capturing incident
related information and contacting any system or application engineers
required to correct the problem
• Leads and coordinates the incident response team
• Conducts incident reviews to assess the causes, impacts, and corrective
action resulting from critical system failures
• Coordinates the development of training plans and a centralized
knowledgebase.
• Demonstrates solid business and technical understanding of our products,
platforms and processes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, fast learner, sense of urgency
• Work on all tiers to support current framework; Code adheres to team and
department standards

*Qualifications:*

• Software development experience of 3+ years in Microsoft technologies
• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferable
or 3+ years industry experience
• Strong background in web tier and middle tier development with
object-oriented programming experience with ASP.Net / C#, including
experience designing & implementing application architecture.
• Prefer experience with Microsoft .NET 1.1 ~ 4.0, WCF, WF, and ASP.NET MVC
technologies.
• Experience with W3C standard & browser compatibility best practices
• Experience with multithreaded programming and concurrency control
• Experience with source control systems, such as CVS, VSS and Dimensions
• Good understanding of Database systems including SQL programming skills
• Must have strong problem solving skills
• Solid communication skills
