Please include your employer details as well and reply to my official id [email protected] <[email protected]> JOB TITLE: Window Infrastructure Engineer * *Location: OH-Ohio/Twinsburg* * Duration: 6 Months* *M.O.I Telephonic + Skype* *What will you be doing?* This person will be responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting an Enterprise environment and related infrastructure in a 24 X 7 setting at our Twinsburg location. The platforms consist of servers and storage environments including both Linux and Windows servers running on VMWare and Citrix environments as well as storage systems including NetApp V series, NAS appliances, EMC Unified VNX systems, and Brocade SAN switches. As a member of the infrastructure team, you will work closely with technical services and support teams, external vendor partners, and internal customers to provide ongoing provisioning and troubleshooting support for these technologies. The position will also contribute and be actively involved in the execution of system integration activities around technologies and processes into the Cardinal Health model. *General responsibilities: * 24x7 support of Twinsburg data center infrastructure (i.e. servers, virtual environment). This includes responding to alerts and monitoring triggers and service outage support calls. Plan, test and implement regular maintenance and firmware upgrades / patches. Server provisioning and support activities. Performance analysis of infrastructure environment. What do you need to bring to the table? BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience Strong customer service and conflict management skills. *8-10+ years’ experience with Enterprise Server and infrastructure technologies Strong working knowledge of: Windows Server 2000, 2003, 2008 VMWare vSphere 4x or 5x Citrix Technologies and / or Terminal Services HP / IBM Hardware (Chassis, Blades and rackable servers) Some experience with Linux: SUSE 11, RHEL 5 & 6, CentOS *Performance monitoring, system tuning, and capacity planning experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong collaboration skills; ability and experience in mentoring and/or supporting other team members.
