*Skills Required and Job Description:*
*MOI: Phone + Skype*
*Has to have Guidewire and/or Lisa experience*
Will perform functional manual testing. May need to perform some automated
testing.
Will write and maintain test scripts/cases, make sure test results are
correct, enter defects, etc.
*Required Skills:*
1. Extensive experience in Manual testing.
2. Experience with automated test tools.
3. Experience testing Web Applications.
4. Highly skilled individuals with the ability work with Test Lead to
determine what should be automated and what test
data needs to be set up.
5. Strong/Senior QA application and system testing experience
- including testing automation for regression testing
- extensive understanding of Application, System, End to End Testing
- extensive experience in documenting QA defined deliverables e.g.
Test Plan, Test Scenarios and Test cases
- strong knowledge of QA Best Practices and testing methodologies
- strong Knowledge of SDLC and Quality Assurance Best Practices
- strong testing estimation skills
- strong understanding of dependencies within an IT organization
6. Strong abilities creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
7. Methodical research skills
8. Independent, self-starter with good work ethic
9. Accuracy is important
10. Team player who works well with others
11. Excellent communication & documentation skills
12. Quick learner
13. Strong analytical skills
*--Desired Skills--*
1. Testing experience with SOAP UI would be a plus.
2. *Automation experience with CA LISA would be a plus.*
3. Insurance background.
4. Recording and tracking defects.
