Kindly respond to this requirement with your consultant resume, contact and current location to speed up the interview process. *Job Title: Jr.Java Developer* *Location: Irvine,California* *Duration: 6+Months* *Rate: DOE* Locals Required F2F Required JOB DESCRIPTION: · Develop features for our highly scalable content platform in the cloud. · Develop REST APIs to expose our content and services to websites, mobile apps, and clients. · Integrate systems using enterprise integration patterns with Mule ESB. · Optimize queries in our NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Neo4J). · Participate in sprint planning (Scrum). · Write tests and measure coverage. · Write effective documentation and solicit feedback. · Review Pull Requests (Git) and critique code. · Collaborate with QA and DevOps to shepherd changes through to Production. · Analyze opportunities for automating or generating reusable code. · Participate and contribute in weekly brown bag sessions. QUALIFICATIONS: Required Education and Qualifications: · 2+ years experience Java development in web environment (We use Spring IO) . · Understanding of source control management (We use git and Stash). · Understanding of REST and JSON contracts. · Know when a change is a breaking change. · A strong understanding of concepts, including: dependency injection, loose coupling, and modularity. · Have used Java to perform CRUD operations on a NoSQL database. · Eagerness to continuously learn and share · Team player who views the glass half full rather than half empty.
