The BA will be part of a team of test analysts that will work closely with the development team during design and development to create and execute test cases and test scripts, record test results, and report any defects identified while testing. The BA will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining requirement traceability to test cases, tracking validation of requirements, maintaining and enhancing existing test cases, and managing project schedule tasks and Rational Quality Manager data to support accurate test metrics for progress reporting.
