Understanding & resolving the problems around IdM issues & help troubleshoot technical issues. Prepare technical documentation, as well as other supported project related documents. Strong client communication, requirement gathering, tracking the requirement against development. Should have managed project delivery for international clients. Providing technical mentoring and direction to IDM resources. Must have skills: Knowledge of Sun IdM, Xpress. Should have worked on Onsite/ Offshore model SunONE LDAP/Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition. Knowledge of Active Directory and Adapters. Knowledge of Relational DBMS Experience in Java, J2EE related technologies, Oracle 10g higher" Good to have skills: Should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
