Qualifications: BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required Certification is a plus; MCTS, MCITP, MCSE or MVP *Description: Responsibilities:* This is a Windows System Administrator that will play a role in building and maintaining a global Windows infrastructure. The candidate will be expected to help evaluate leading and emerging server technologies and help set standards for the enterprise. The Windows Systems Administrator will implement hardware, OS and application security including managing roles, access rights. *Preferred Skills and Experience:* · Ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy administration. Candidates should be familiar with the complexities of supporting servers and applications located in multiple time-zones. · Familiar with mixed operating systems i.e. Windows, Linux, Mac OS X · Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010 or 2013 in a global environment · Secure email gateway administration: Google Postini, Proofpoint, or Cisco Ironport · Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts (.CMD, PowerShell) · Experience with backups, restores and recovery models · Familiarity with DHCP, DNS, RDS and Certificate Services · Knowledge of High Availability (HA) options for Windows Server · Experience with programming/scripting (Python, Powershell) · Good communication and documentation skills · Project management *Desirable, but not required:* · Experience with knowledge of Centrify would be great. · Good to have Juniper experience too · VMWare: ESX, ESXi, VSphere, and VCenter · Storage administration: NetApp, EMC, or Dell Equillogic · Experience with capacity planning, performance tuning and metrics analysis · Experience with native and 3rd-party monitoring and troubleshooting tools · Experience with SharePoint, Office 365 or Google Enterprise · Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and LAN/WAN environments · Working knowledge of security model to manage risks through patching or innovative techniques · Excellent ability to work efficiently with internal technology collaborators and business groups *[email protected] <[email protected]> * -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
