Role: Oracle HRMS Location: Memphis, TN Duration: Long term Start: ASAP Interview: Phone Job Description: Qualifications: * At least five (5) years of progressive experience is required in information technology performing the following: requirements gathering, system analysis, programming, and specialty in the areas of Oracle E-Business Suite and specifically in HR. * Candidate will have specific technical knowledge of the HR, including the following: Core, Self Service, Advanced Benefits and Time and Labor modules, and as well as general knowledge of the other modules in the E-Business Suite. * Candidate will have specific knowledge of the following: HR data model, SQL, PL/SQL, OA Framework, Discoverer, XML Publisher and other tools used for customizations and development * Candidate will have proven experience in applying best practices to work under a with customers in a State or Local government environment (desired) and with analyst/developers to ; build and test new features or configurations; verify implementation and provide end user support for new functionality or defect remediation. * A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline is required.
