*Job Requirement: *
*Phase 1 (FY15 H1) *
· Develop a comprehensive software release process for software
deployments in the ESIT HBI PPE space
· Create all required document, forms, or other artifacts
· Create are contribute to a release calendar. Whether is a Ops
owned or engineering owned calendar
· Establish partnerships with appropriate engineering PMs/project
teams to streamline the release process
· Develop the key performance indicators that are applicable to
release management
What does success look like?
*Phase 2 (FY15 H2 on) *
· Own and operate the release manage process created in Phase 1
· Report on PKI identified in Phase 1
· Create deployment bugs as required
· Continue to partner with engineering teams to ensure a rapport is
maintained
· Provide suggestions for improvement the release process
