*Job Title: PeopleSoft GL Functional Consultants (Commitment Control)*
*Location: Bakersfield, CA, Louisville, KY, Bethesda, MD*
*Duration : 6+ months *

*Summary:*
We are looking for 3-5 Functional PeopleSoft Consultants with strong GL
experience, more specifically Commitment Control (a function within GL
usually used in public sector).
For candidates meeting the requirement, expenses will be paid to be on site
at a variety of customer locations.
Initial commitment will be in California.
Long term opportunities exist for consultings looking for long term
opportunities.
Very visible with CFO and Heads of finance, admin, so must be a very good
speakers, and presenters.


*Job Title: SAS Analyst*
*Location: Raleigh, NC*

*Required Skills:*
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the implementation of project
management methodologies.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
Experience as a business/technical liaison to clients in development of
business/functional requirements.
Technical expertise related to data warehousing implementation and/or
support.
Technical expertise with relational database management systems (i.e.
design, implementation, and support)
Demonstrated technical expertise with any or all of the following
technologies (e.g. Sybase IQ, Oracle, SAS, SAS DI, Business Objects, UNIX,
MVS, File-aid, file transfer protocols, TSO/ISPF)
Demonstrated technical expertise with SQL including all forms of joins, SQL
Functions, Case statements, and With constructs.
Demonstrated technical expertise with Web Development and Web Services.
Demonstrated programming expertise with Java, C, C++, C# or COBOL
Knowledge of IBM JCL and TSO/ISPF
Experience doing peer code and design walkthroughs is required. The
position will review Unix Shell Scripts, Micro Focus Cobol and SAS programs
created by CSDW team for adherence to DIRM coding, testing and
documentation standards.
Experience in business process analysis, implementation planning, systems
analysis, developing detailed program specifications, coding, testing and
troubleshooting is required.
Experience with UNIX schedulers and entity/verson control software is
required.
Experience with using Version Management tools such as Subversion, CVS,
GIT, or Microsoft Source Safe
Experience with LINUX, SOLARIS, or AIX
Experience using schedulers such as Cron or the Microsoft Scheduler

*Job Title: Data Architect (ER/Studio)*
*Location: Jacksonville, FL*
*Duration : 18 months *

*Primary Activities and Responsibilities: *
Administer the incoming Service Requests and maintenance workload using the
Service Management and Request Tool.
Incrementally develop conceptual, logical and physical data models for new
database objects using ER/Studio CASE tool
Maintain existing database objects, from software engineer provided
requirements or data definition language (DDL) using ER/Studio Computer
Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool.
Lead database design sessions and capture data requirements for software
engineering or re-engineering projects
Collaborate with database administrators on storage requirements,
performance strategy; primary and foreign key constraints, placement of
tables within table spaces, indexing strategy, and DDL implementation.
Ensure the integrity of all CLIENT production databases through a
structured change control process.
Advocate for Data Management principles and capabilities within the
organization
Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.

*Minimum Qualifications:*
Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution required in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology or related
major field of study
3 or more years of Non-Supervisory work experience required in a data
architecture / administration function working with relational databases,
performing data design, modeling, normalization responsibilities and
working with CASE methodologies and tools.

*Equivalent Minimum Qualifications:*
Associates degree from an accredited institution required in Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or related
major field of study
5 or more years of Non-Supervisory work experience required in a data
administration / architecture function working with relational databases,
performing data design, modeling and normalization responsibilities

*Preferred Qualifications:*
In addition to meeting the above qualifications, any of the following are
preferred:
Master s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science,
Computer Engineering or Information Systems/ Technology.
3 or more years of Non-Supervisory experience in data modeling and
administration using the ER/Studio CASE tool
