*Required Skills and Experience* At least 5 years’ experience supporting infrastructure technologies in a large enterprise setting. At least 3 years’ experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting various Citrix products including XenApp, XenDesktop, and PVS. Actual experience of supporting over 10,000 users on Virtual Environment. Experience working with Citrix Web Interface and Storefront including integration with Netscaler. Working knowledge about VMWare is required, including virtualization infrastructure (underlying processing hardware, network, storage and hypervisors). Excellent problem solving skills. Some on call support will be required. Excellent communication skills are a key requirement, including ability to work with multiple teams in a large organization. Experience with XenClient is helpful but not required.
