*Qualifications:*

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related
technical field; or equivalent work experience. (Typically six years of
related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates
applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor’s degree).
Effective oral and written communications skills, including presentation,
training and interpersonal skills. Effective analytical, problem solving
and decision-making skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
and projects concurrently. Three years of experience with IBM FileNet P8.
Three years Java and Web application development (WAS, RAD, DoJo, JQuery,
HTML, XML, SQL Server). One year experience with IBM InfoSphere Enterprise
Records. FileNet P8 Process Engine, Content Engine, and Application Engine.
Development of customer components using FileNet CE and PE APIs. Knowledge
of the gas industry is a plus. IBM P8 Certifications are a plus. P8 Forms
experience is a plus. Experience developing workflows using Process
Designer is a plus. VB.NET or C# development experience is a plus.
Experience with ICC for Email and SharePoint is a plus. Experience
installing or upgrading File Net P8 components, patches, and bug fixes is a
plus. Creating document capture solutions such as barcode recognition,
batch processing, image formats and OCR is a plus.

*Responsibilities:*

Lead the evaluation of user requests or design specifications for new or
modified application functionality and estimate efforts required. Analyze,
design, code, test, document, implement and maintain application changes.
(35-70%) Lead the effort to provide technical support to system owners as
well as other information technology groups to help ensure effectiveness of
information technology systems in enabling customers to conduct day-to-day
businesses. The support includes, but is not limited to, answering customer
questions, interpreting system functionalities, completing data requests,
making emergency fixes and performing other critical support functions.
(10-30%) Lead the effort to collaborate with end users to analyze and
develop business requirements for business application enhancements and
problem resolutions. (10-25%) Provide guidance and direction to team
members as necessary in the completion of assigned projects. (5-20%)
