Knowledge stack – Core Java, JSP, JMS, EJB, Spring, Struts, Hibernate Design and Configuration management tools – UML, ClearCase, MercurialHg *Roles and Responsibilities:* Interface with Infosys offshore team to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project on day to day basis during various phases like requirements gathering, design, development, testing. Update client on various offshore and individual activities/deliverables during requirements gathering, design, development, testing phases. Review requirements documentation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders for sign-offs after validation and clarification. Perform high and low-level design; implement the prototype and conducts design reviews. Provide inputs to the offshore development team through framework analysis, design patterns, prototype specifications to be able to create high-level design and low-level design specification. Participate in the estimation activities and review the estimates to support planning for required budget and resources. Prepare a detailed schedule for a simple module and provide inputs to overall project schedule. Perform development activities like coding, code review, unit testing. Track project deliverables for the assigned modules.
