Must have a solid understanding of Oracle EBS R12 ERP and Windchill PLM applications in the medical device industry. *Role Description* Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Expert knowledge of MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio. *Candidate Requirements* · 5-7 Minimum years of experience required · Must have a solid understanding of ERP, PLM applications and medical device industry. · Experienced in planning and managing large global IT projects · Experience with all aspects of the IT system implementation including, but not limited to as-is and to-be business process mapping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, cut-over and go-live activities. · Experienced in managing ERP (preferably Oracle R12) and PLM (preferably Windchill) projects with *supply chain and manufacturing process focus*. · Experienced in medical device industry - *Required* · Experienced in business facing IT role – *Required* · Excellent analytical and problem solving skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent executive presence and ability to interact with VP and above levels · From Past Experience in Global Medical Device Projects - Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications · Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required · Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams · Proven ability to transfer knowledge and knowledge about current trends and technical advancements • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various approaches · Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative · Manages the project budget and notifies IT & Business leadership if project is exceeding the budget. · Manages all assigned resources, from various areas in IT team, to accomplish project deliverables within the identified project deadlines. · Provides on-site management, functional, and technical expertise toward meeting project deliverables. · Establishes project parameters consistent with project scope, timeline and quality requirements. · Develops project scope and structure. Helps manage the project charter and goals, and participates in changing customer expectations (including budget project estimates or schedule changes) when these goals change. · Establishes positive, professional relationship with both business and IT teams. Is a trusted partner and a respectful challenger · Establishes proper communication channels with various business functions and responds appropriately to all business concerns. · Recognizes possible solutions to business problems and selects the most appropriate solution. Challenges current business practices and proposed solutions to ensure the best alternative is being selected for the Neurovascular team. · Acts as the primary liaison between business and the IT teams for the project. Meets on a regular basis with the business partners to ensure clear expectations for the project are set, plan established, milestones are monitored and met.
