Required Skills: |
- 7+????????
years of progressively complex, full SDLC experience using J2EE
and/????????or Spring/????????Hibernate.????????
- Strong web
development skills, including XML, CSS, jQuery, jQueryUI, _javascript_,
Backbone, knockout, HTML5
- Solid understanding of OOD, design patterns, and multi-tier
architecture for web applications.????????
- Familiarity with one of Java web development frameworks,
Struts, Spring MVC.
- Experience Using Maven, Git
- Strong programming skills of SQL and stored procedures,
preferably Oracle and SQL Server.????????
- Fluent in communication to understand and clarify
moderately complex instructions. Ability to interact directly with the
client and their business partners. Very good in facilitating Meetings,
note taking and presenting.
- Team work and ability to work with Onsite-Offshore model
and work with minimal supervision. Ability to Guide, review work and
provide feedback to other engineers
- Ability to adopt to client’s development guidelines, best
practices and processes
- Experience
on Agile application development methodology
