I have 2 Java roles – they will hire off of Skype

San Ramon, CA

1 year contract

DB2 and/or a large migration/integration project. – SPECIFY WHICH THEY HAVE
EXP WITH*

· 5 plus years of experience ( core) Java Developer with / DB2.

· Strong experience with SQL Queries

· Data Migration – transfer docs / data from one system to another

Key pieces to focus on below, from the onsite Project Manager:

1) A big plus is someone that has experience with large scale projects
(not simple websites).

Web experience is not really important at all. I’m looking for Core Java
skills with common frameworks.

Any experience with an integration project between multiple
large systems would be an excellent indicator.

2) Back end mostly. Swing if they have it, but we are more focused on
good Java, Hibernate, Spring skills.

Key competencies:

Demonstrated experience with Java projects (NOT Javascript,
AJAX, web frameworks)

Experience with multiple areas of the Spring framework.

                Core JAVA skills
