Web experience is not really important at all. I’m looking for Core Java skills with common frameworks. Any experience with an integration project between multiple large systems would be an excellent indicator. 2) Back end mostly. Swing if they have it, but we are more focused on good Java, Hibernate, Spring skills. Key competencies: Demonstrated experience with Java projects (NOT Javascript, AJAX, web frameworks) Experience with multiple areas of the Spring framework.
