The Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget Customer
Services, Agency Services supporting the Department of Treasury is
replacing legacy applications with current technology. This position would
be working on the re-write of Delph system/Paradox database to .net using
Micorsoft Visual Studio. Senior level .net developer will be expected to
perform the following tasks This tasks include but are not limited to:
* Develop and design solutions and may review and advise on design
solutions developed by others.
* Comply with programming standards, processes, and evaluate and identify
opportunities for programming standardization.
* Use of .net coding standards and integration processes/objects/framework
that can be leveraged for an IT Solution.
* Participate in, coordinate or lead computer code review to ensure
strategies and applications adhere to State and agency policies, standards
or guidelines. Participate in department wide coding standards review. Work
with the solutions architect to set up guidelines/processes on code review.

conformance with established design standards usability standards, UML, and
configuration management.
* 5 years of experience evaluating user requests for new programs or
modified program components to determine feasibility, budget and time
estimation, compatibility with current systems, and computer capabilities.
* 5 years of experience analyzing business requirements, generating project
specifications and converting them into code, and applying knowledge of
