5 contractors opening for the Senior BA Oracle MDM Implementation. Location: Marlborough, MA Duration: 37 weeks *Job Description:* *Senior Business Analyst for the Master Data Management (MDM) Program Team* in the Corporate Business Solutions Department. *Overview* Effective communication skills and possession of strong Business Analysis skills to produce high quality documents. Develop high trust relationships with business stakeholders and IT Work closely with business subject matter experts in the definition, testing, training, and implementation of functional requirements within a matrix managed environment. Proven leadership and self-initiative skills to work without direct management oversight by developing, monitoring and tracking plans for the BA deliverables on each assigned project. Creates and executes tests cases which ensure the end solution delivers the required business results. Drive adoption of the solution use with the end user community. Act as a day to day liaison with executives, middle managers, individual contributors, and project team members globally. Focus will initially be on implementation of 3 MDM products: Supplier Hub, Site Hub and Hierarchy Manager. Creates/revises/executes the following deliverables using industry standard techniques as applicable, including but not limited to: - Process maps - Data flow diagrams - Requirements specifications - Use case scenarios - Acceptance testing Network with the BA community to share best practice, develop BA competency, and coach other BAs in the delivery of artifacts. *Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in technology, information systems, business, engineering, liberal arts. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Business Analyst role. Experience with requirements elicitation, requirements management, process mapping, data flow modeling, functional specifications, definition of test scenarios. *Knowledge and understanding of Oracle Technologies. Specific knowledge in Site Hub, Supplier Hub and/or Hierarchy Manager is a significant plus.* Proficient with MS Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. BABOK skills preferred. CBAP certification a plus.
