Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 24 months

Position Functions or Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, modify, test and implement code
- Legacy data migration, premium calculator and rating engine.
- Comprehensive history feature – track changes by type, date, and
user’s name etc.
- Providing all policy maintenance transactions, consistent with
requirements
- Integrating specific rules for policy rating and maintenance
- Producing all information and declaration pages and policy forms
for all district office locations
- Producing required
- Receiving and applying rate revisions and experience modifications
- Calculating and applying experience modifications based on
available premium and loss information
- Invoicing and maintain policy receivables consistent with
requirements
- Producing multiple policy quotations and creating new business
transactions as required
- Creating pre-renewal quotes
- Maintaining broker/agency management system
- Cancelling and reinstating transactions and producing statutory
notices
- Programming to assure ease of use by audit staff of audit
calculations, scheduling and communications software on laptops
- Programming to assure ease of use by loss control staff of
scheduling, recommendations, follow-ups and communications software on
computer laptops
- Interfacing with the various claims systems to integrate specific
claim information
- Feeding all necessary data to the data warehouse/business
intelligence system
Required Skills:
At least 84 months experience in DMSII in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 84 months experience in XGEN in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 84 months experience in SDF in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 84 months experience in CANDE in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 84 months experience in MARC in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 84 months experience in ALGOL in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 84 months experience in COBOL74 in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 84 months experience in COMS in a Unisys A-Series mainframe
environment
At least 36 months experience in Oracle development
At least 36 months experience in PL/SQL development
At least 36 months experience in XSLT development
At least 36 months experience in XML development
At least 24 months experience with Innotas project portfolio management
At least 24 months experience with Blueprint requirements definition
and management platform
At least 24 months experience with HP Quality Center
