Contractor needs to be able to sit in DE/OH Rate is Open NICE Call Recording Engineer for a contract assignment Although Newark DE is the primary location for the role, other locations considered include Columbus OH. Hiring decisions can be made off of phone interviews however all work must be done onsite (remote work is NOT a possibility). MUST have experience with NICE Call Recorders including design, configuration, customization, and implementation experience. *Responsibilities:* - Plan and coordinate the work of engineers and consultants in partnership with project management resources and other internal technology teams. - Give directions to junior engineering resources to help develop them in line with their performance plans. - Review, contribute and comment on, complex planning initiatives. - Provide engineering comments and commitment in the review of long-range strategic plans and roadmaps for products and functions. - Negotiate at a senior level with vendors and other internal teams to ensure expedient and efficient delivery of solutions. - Design and develop custom solutions and integrations to challenging problems that could include software development or engagement of outside professional services to develop. - Partner with corporate architecture teams to ensure interoperability of solutions with other internal and vendor delivered products. - Presentation skills where communication to senior management (MD, CTO, CIO) is required to educate on current issues, tasks and efforts. *Required Skills:* - Minimum of 5+ years' experience with integration, installation and custom configuration of NICE Call Recorders (Voice Recorders). - Experience working and integrating with Unified Communications environments such as Cisco CUCM or transitory environments like Avaya Session Manager. - Experience working with unified communications environments - Experience with CTI development and interfacing to other real-time feeds - Track record of performance in high energy environments requiring quick turnaround to requests - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Ability to multi-task - Good communication skills - *Preferred Skills:* - NICE Trading Recording Certified - NICE Perform 3.x/4.x Certified - NICE Interaction Management 4.x Certified - NICE Interaction Management 4.x Multiple Data Center (MDC) Certified -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
