Required Skills:
- 7+ years of progressively complex, full SDLC experience using
J2EE and/or Spring/Hibernate.
· *Strong web development skills, including XML, CSS, jQuery,
jQueryUI, JavaScript, Backbone, knockout, HTML5 *
- Solid understanding of OOD, design patterns, and multi-tier
architecture for web applications.
- Familiarity with one of Java web development frameworks, Struts,
Spring MVC.
- Experience Using Maven, Git
- Strong programming skills of SQL and stored procedures, preferably
Oracle and SQL Server.
· Fluent in communication to understand and clarify moderately
complex instructions. Ability to interact directly with the client and
their business partners. Very good in facilitating Meetings, note taking
and presenting.
· Team work and ability to work with Onsite-Offshore model and work
with minimal supervision. Ability to Guide, review work and provide
feedback to other engineers
· Ability to adopt to client’s development guidelines, best
practices and processes
- Experience on Agile application development methodology
