**Current responsibilities must include hands on development.*
- *Strong Onsite Lead having expertise in managing delivery in
Offshore/Onsite model.*
- *7+ years of Web and UI based development *
- *Good Analytical & trouble shooting skills in UI / Web application.*
- *Ability to function as part of a team and work collaboratively, while
simultaneously owning individual deliverables*
*Desired Skills: *
- *Technical skills in the following areas will be a strong plus:*
- *JSP*
- *DWR*
- *Prototypes*

- *Delivery of ‘side projects’ and freelance work is viewed as desirable*
- *Prior experience in a lead/coordinator role, interacting with
offshore teams*
- *eCommerce and Telecom / wireless experience a plus*
- *Ability to report up and down (organizational awareness)*
- *Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and projects
simultaneously and prioritize appropriately*
- *Ability to work in an ever changing, fast-paced environment*
