*Job Description**:*



*Role & Responsibilities*



· Programming of call flows, VDNs (Virtual Directory Number),Vectors, CMS
(Call Management Server) reports etc.(20%)

· Troubleshooting problem tickets for call centre users or sytem Generated
alerts(65%)

· Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of Avaya Voice Portal IVR
system, Avaya Communication Manager, System Manager, Session Manager,
Integration with

   peripheral like Screen pop, Click2Call, Click2Dial, Call-back assist,
etc.

· Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of real time dashboards, call
recording, and reporting system

· Develop monitoring requirements and test monitoring alerts for end to end
call flows to monitor stability and performance of system. (15%)



*Required Candidate Profile (Job Requirements/Descriptions)*



· Qualification –BE / B Tech Preferred

· 5+ years of Experience on Avaya CM, Avaya CMS, Click2Call and similar
integrations, Call recording, Real time dashboards and reporting systems.
NOC, Monitoring systems, Integrations support for Contact center
infrastructure

· Very good verbal and written communication skills & strong presentation
skills

· Successful track record of working closely with other teams such as
network operations, hardware operations, DBA teams, carriers, product
vendors etc.

· Expertise in 2 and good working knowledge in at least 3 technologies
listed below with demonstrated capabilities &  experience

· Technology domains - Avaya SM, Avaya CM, Avaya CMS, Call recording, IVR
integration, WFM

· Management of critical incidents and systemic problems

· Network Operation Center monitoring
