There is an urgent requirement of *SAP HANA Architect @ Milpitas, CA.* If interested then please send your updated resume ASAP. *Position : SAP HANA Architect* *Location: Milpitas, CA* *Duration: Long Term* *Job Description:* *Role: SAP HANA Architect *– *11 + Years of Overall Experience* *Experience * *In years * *1-3* *2-3* *7-9* *4-6* *3 +* *2 +* *Exposure Area* *SAP HANA Implementation – Business Suite is preferred* *Data Models in HANA + SLT + Tables in HANA* *SAP Techno Functional – MM, PP, SCM/APO/CRM* *SAP Project Roll-Outs* *Architect* *Team Lead / Technical PM* *Required skills* • Deep understanding of Key Business Functional process across SAP MM, PP and a high level exposure to other SAP functional areas • SAP HANA certified in application development • Experience of working on HANA projects related to Business Suite on HANA – ECC/CRM/SCM/APO • Experience of working on at least 2 data base migration to HANA projects • Proven ability to lead in blueprint and design sessions, review solution options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders • Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members. • Identifies and implements the technical approach to be used on the project and manages the system development process. • Develops system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of project. • Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project presentations. • Organizes and conducts project team meetings between Onsite and Offshore. • Identifies System design alternatives, researches existing Systems in the marketplace and recommends viable IT solutions. • Ability to review and gather business requirements and interpret these into an architectural design and information model in SAP HANA environment • Data modeling skills including 3rd NF, Dimensional and other techniques using various modeling tools • Experience with the architecture, design, development and testing of Data integration/acquisition process • Experience with multiple relational, dimensional, and MOLAP databases • Proficient Knowledge on SQL and database procedural languages such as PLSQL and T-SQL • Experience with database performance tuning • Exposure to multiple Data Integration tools (including ETL and data replication tools) • Experience with SAP HANA Enterprise in following areas preferred o Information Modeling o Table/Views Design o Data Provisioning o Knowledge of Administration and operation including but not limited to monitoring, backup and restore, security and user management o PAL and HANA LIVE o Real-Time Replication (SLT and/or Sybase Replication Server) • Ability to work in multiple environments and be able to prioritize and multi-task with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines while optimizing client satisfaction • Ability to write technical white papers for solutions and deliver them in seminars via speaker sessions *Additional Skills * • Experience with project management and team lead skills • Exposure to cloud based implementations in addition to in-premise scenario is desired • Exposure to SAP BW data architecture a plus • Experience with ABAP programming a major plus • Experience with MDX desired • Exposure to SAP Business Objects Data Services for data extraction is desired • Ability and desire to mentor/coach others in a team environment • Ability and desire to support sales team • Ability and desire to share expertise with internal and external audiences • Ability to demonstrate leadership skills through a variety of activities *Thanks & Regards* *Sumit Suman* | *Technical Recruiter* |*Saviance Technologies*| Email: [email protected] Direct*: 732-902-0866| **Metuchen, New Jersey* <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metuchen,_New_Jersey> www.saviance.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
