Reply me back with your consultant updated resume. *Position: PeopleSoft Techno Functional **(With Success Factor)* * Location: Hercules, CA Duration: 6+ Months* *Opening: 4* *Job Description**:* The techno-functional consultant will provide application support for our key global applications to support approx. 8000 employees in multiple languages - PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors BizX Suite (Compensation, Goals and Performance management). The consultant will work closely with HRIS team and HR functional experts to provide innovative solutions *Functional and Technical* · Functional experience in multiple functional areas such as core HR, Compensation, Performance, etc. · Strong business analysis skills including requirements, design, process re-engineering, data analysis and reporting, Testing/QA, etc. · Strong development expertise to build Reports/Queries/Interface development using tools - Oracle SQL , PS Query , SQR and App Engine Programming · Strong knowledge of PeopleTools 8.49 or higher (Peoplecode, Application Designer, XML Publisher, ExcelToCI, SQL, PS Query, SQR and App engine, etc.) · Expertise to manage configurations, Security, Templates/Forms, Dashboards and analytics, etc for SaaS based applications including SuccessFactors((Compensation, Performance) - Experience in PeopleSoft Employee and Manager Self-service modules (MSS, ESS, AWE) · Strong debugging skills on Peoplecode/SQRs/App Engine/and overall PS Application · Experience with SuccessFactors configuration, Security and analytics for Performance and Compensation modules *Experience* · 5+ years of experience using PeopleSoft development tools · 2+ full life-cycle PeopleSoft implementations and/or upgrade projects in a global company; upgrade project to 9.2 will be a plus · 1+ year of experience supporting SuccessFactors application preferably in a multi-lingual environment *Thanks & Regards * *Mandeep Phogat* Global Economic Advantage Inc.
