Title: Web Applications Developer posted on 2014-09-09 15:20:16 Job Description: This is our direct-client opening for a Sr. Web Applications Developer located in Maynard, MA. This is a 6+ month contract and our client is looking to hire ASAP. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an existing team of IT and Service professionals to implement and integrate new self-service solutions to our existing service portal. Responsibilities: Lead site redesign efforts to bring a contemporary, fresh design to an aging portal UI. Integrate new knowledgebase solution, incorporating personalization and other user experience features. Integrate knowledgebase features with our case management and alarm tools focused on delivering self-service capability to customers and partners. Participate in the selection and integration process of a Community Forum application.
