*Day in the Life:* • Participate in personal training to ensure technical knowledge is kept current • Lead training sessions and classes for knowledge sharing • Support UAT and performance testing. Monitor and track servers status during testing • Capable of independently solving simple to moderately complex problems • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diversified workload • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing ability to update tickets with status and communicate daily/weekly status • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of operations and clients services • Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills including ability to perform root cause analysis for preventative analysis • Fluent with participating and/or executing the multiple stages of testing (i.e. Unit, System, Integration, Performance, Regression). • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation. *What You Bring to the Team:* • Install WebLogic and SOA Suite products. Configure and migrate domains. Automate installation using WLST and shell scripts. • Strong understanding of Clusters, Admin/Managed Servers, Machines, JMS queues, Node Managers, shell scripts. • Monitor servers using scripts, WLSP and third party tools. Log Analysis and Error resolution. Work with development team to perform root Cause Analysis. • Perform tuning and capacity planning. • Coordinate with team to maintain Service Level Agreements. • Understanding the importance of compliance in relation to healthcare and Protected Health Information handling. • Strong experience supporting highly available, redundant Application environments is required *Education/Experience: * • Bachelor’s Degree in a information technology discipline or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a support or systems administration role. • Minimum of 2 years supporting the Oracle middleware stack specifically: WebLogic Server (11gR1 and up), OSB, ODSI, ODI, API Gateway, Web Center, SOA Suite, BPM, Oracle Enterprise Manager (formerly GRID control). • Experience with Virtual environments • Experience with Web based applications • Experience with SQL preferred • Must be able to support off-hours on Best Regards, *Kalyan Kumar * Talent Acquisition Manager *Seven Hills Software Technologies Inc* Carnegie Office Park, Building Six 800 N.
