Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* IIS/Windows Engineer *Project Location* Philadelphia, PA *Duration* 12 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *Interview Mode: Phone and Skype* Responsibilities - Exceptional communication skills and confidence to talk in front of Tech and Business leadership and peers to explain the findings/uncovered issues - Create Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of the operational and technology problems involving Microsoft Technology based web-tier, SQL Server, and SOA-based distributed environment. - Drives issues through closure engaging all appropriate resources. Leads technical bridges and provides troubleshooting direction. Provides guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues - Acts as an advocate for Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes. Leads the integration of projects/products into operations including instrumentation, automation, standardization, and methods/procedures - There will be some off hour on call work and support required when needed but not in an excessive manner, any additional time put in will be compensated with hours off the following day or week and will be communicated directly by management.
