More than 4 year BRMS experience in one of the mentioned IBM tools– *ILOG JRULES/WODM/ODM. *Having more than 10+ years overall experience 2. Gather the business and system requirements and recommend how the rule engine fits into the architecture, impact analysis (if any), preparation of estimates and business rules design documents. 3. Knowledge on XOM/BOM Design and ability to work with business users for business rules harvesting, policy translations, business rules review etc. 4. Hands-on experience in full Rule Development lifecycle from analysis/design, Rule Coding, testing and deployment. a. Design and author business rules (Decision table, business rule etc), rule flows using the Rule Studio b. Deploy the rule artifacts to Rule Execution Server(RES). c. Testing – Unit/Integration/UAT etc. d. Good working knowledge in Decision Center Console(Business console and Enterprise Console) e. Rules Version Control f. Ability to reflect any rule changes to/from Decision Center Repository 5. Verbalize the classes, attributes and methods of the BOM as per business user need and construct rule artifacts. 6. Debug and troubleshoot embedded Rule Applications. 7. Performance testing for the application and finding the bottle necks and fixing them 8. Strong knowledge on SOA concepts/implementation experience 9. Good Experience in Java/J2EE/XML/Web Services 10. (Optional) IBM Certification in ILOG JRULES/WODM 11.
