Ability to work with business leaders and

a technical solution leveraging company and industry best practices and
standards.
Must have strong technical expertise in the J2EE environment,
Tiered architecture, Relational Databases (DB2) and Web development, and
object-oriented methodologies, Object Relational Mapping solutions such as
Hibernate, IBATIS. Good understanding of the Service Oriented Architectures, Web
Services Component Architectures, Websphere platform, Websphere Portal,
RSA.
