This is a highly critical role that sits within a fast paced team.  Senior consultant will include but not be limited to: *Interaction with business users for requirement clarification and resolution of incidents reported  *Responsible for root cause analysis for major incidents *Coordination with Business Units and Development Teams *Providing Status reports as needed.
