*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

*Must have experience developing desktop applications i.e. Winforms.  .NET
Developer who just builds web based applications is no good here.*
*Summary: *
·         As a .Net Developer, you will support existing applications as
well as develop and test mission-critical enterprise applications that meet
the needs of the business using a Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technology
base.
·         You will provide high quality technology solutions that address
business needs within new and mature technology environments.
·         Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties
may be assigned.

*General*
•        Interface with business and IT resources to understand and analyze
business and functional requirements.
•        Understand/apply reusable code design, leverage application
architecture/framework capabilities and functionality, and design/develop
solutions that are highly reliable, quality, scalable, and perform to meet
business and functional requirements and meet defined service levels.
•        Deliver Technical Design and supporting documentation throughout
the project lifecycle.
•        Work with business to help shape the direction of the product
based on a combined knowledge of what's technically feasible and what is
desired by the end user.
•        Conduct design and code reviews.
•        Participate during System/Integration/UAT testing and provide
timely and accurate defect resolution.
•        Deliver all tasks on-time with quality.
•        Provide tactical solutions on priority issues/requirements.
•        Provide production support and triage issues in a timely manner.

*Qualifications:*
•        Minimum of 3+ years of software development experience in Desktop
C#.Net technologies and best practices.
•        Minimum of 3+ years of software development experience in Winforms.
•        Minimum of 3+ years of SQL Server 2005+ programming and
architecture.
•        Minimum of 1+ years of experience with Crystal Reports or similar
report writer.

*Preferred Skills:*
•        Experience with Dev Express tools and technologies will be a great
plus.
•        Experience with MS Access and Visual Basic for Applications.
•        Experience with Microsoft TFS and Subversion source code control
systems.
•        Experience with ASP.Net.
•        Working knowledge of software development methodologies and SDLC.
•        Experience with web services.
•        Mature design, coding, testing and debugging skills.
•        A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of
issues and having the determination to follow things through.
•        Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks, seamlessly taking
up next highest priority item while awaiting review, feedback, or test
results on higher priority item(s).
•        Ability to present and absorb complex ideas quickly and accurately.
•        Understanding of Object Orientated Analysis and Design
•        Have an open attitude towards sharing ideas and knowledge and
receiving constructive feedback.
•        Knowledge of precious metals bullion products is a plus.
