*Job Description*
The Operations Center is seeking one Lead Business Requirements Engineer’s
to support the Environment Management automation initiatives in 2014.Client
has several automation initiatives to support infrastructure automation for
Environment provisioning. Looking for one candidate capable to work from
day one to serve as lead business requirements engineer and Technical
Subject Matter Expert (SME) able to analyze, and document
requirements/procedures for Environment provisioning.Tasks:
- Develop End to End requirements for infrastructure automation
- Develop and document procedures and templates for End to End
environment provisioning.
- Analyze and recommend improvements to support Infrastructure
automation initiative.
- Create all necessary documents and communicate to the team in support
of the project.
- Conduct training and knowledge transfer on new environments with FTEs.

1. The internal drive, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn, and
desire to help the customers succeed
2. Strong Documentation and Presentation Skills
3. Strong technical skills
4. Comfortable working under Project Manager supervision
5. Ability to work proactively
*Specific Required Skills:*
1. Lead Business Requirements engineer with a minimum of 8 years’
experience with:
1. Knowledge of Midtier infrastructure and java experience
2. Strong experience with Requirements gathering and Process flow
3. Strong technical documentation and Communications skills.
4. Experience performing in-depth End to end Systems analysis
1. Mid-tier/ platforms and their associated Operation Systems and Tools
including:
1. SharePoint
2. PowerPoint and Microsoft office products
3. Document control and management
