Wilmington DE Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of web programming and
architecture experience. Candidate will have extensive experience with the
design and development of web based applications as they will be accountable for
the success of both the technical and functional aspects of a given
project. Candidate should have a proven history of success as a technical
team leader. Candidate must have excellent time management and communication
skills as they will need to communicate with both a technical and non-technical
audience. Candidate must have proven experience dealing directly and
successfully with individuals outside of the technology organization. Candidate
also must have willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS: "
Proven extensive experience in CSS3,
HTML5, _javascript_ and client-side best practices " Proven extensive
experience with _javascript_ libraries and Frameworks (jQuery, Node.JS, AngularJS) "
AngularJS is a big plus " Proficient in Responsive Web Design and other mobile
development best practices " Understanding of XML, SOAP, RESTful, and JSON and Java
development a plus "
Proficient with source-control tools and practices " Proficient in converting
Adobe Photoshop files into web pages " Experience with Agile practices (Scrum
Methodology) " Experience with design and architecture documentation "
Experience with Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliance

proposing, researching and implementing creative technology solutions " Perform
the lead technical role in designing and implementing practical, maintainable

Stay current with emerging technologies and techniques " Stay current with
rapidly changing web standards " Encourage team awareness and appropriate
