Specifically, help with implementation of a new Provider Portal project. - Under the SIM Initiative, it is envisioned that the Commonwealth will leverage the Massachusetts All Payer Claims Database (MA APCD) and create a portal through which small and large provider groups can access data and/or formatted reports on their patient panels. CHIA envisions establishing a provider portal to the APCD that will enable large and small provider groups to access claims-based reports for their entire patient panels, using standard formats and timeframes. These reports will enable practices to receive comprehensive information on utilization, track population health measures and monitor progress against shared savings targets. - CHIA will analyze how providers might use access to all-payer health data and reports then use this information for program design and implementation. A major element in the design calls for developing the means to attribute patients to providers and create a master provider registry. *Responsibilities:* - Develop business requirements for internally and externally generated features from business needs provided by product management. - Develop Use Case methodology to identify, clarify, and organize system requirements. The use case should contain all system activities that have significance to the users. - Work with the product development team to ensure that the acceptance criteria are met and the software meets project objectives/customer expectations as defined by the product owner. - Work with the product development team to document system and user interface requirements, data requirements and report formats. - Aid product team members with quality assurance, end-user documentation and software development as needed. *Qualifications:* - Graduation from an accredited college or university with a B.S. in Information Systems, or Computer Science and a minimum of 3 years working as a business analyst, systems analysis, systems training, systems design, technical support, applications programming, network design, or telecommunications design.
