·         *Job Title* - Network/Telecom Engineer

   - *Role Description :*
      - Supports company wide communication and network solutions. Analyzes
      business needs, designs, installs and maintains LAN/WAN hardware and
      software technologies. Configures and installs routers and switches.
      Analyzes network capacity and security. Can translate any business
      requirement into a solution
   - *Desired Experience *: 5 yrs.
   - *General Description* :
      - Voice engineer to provide technical and project management support
      for the company's Voice and Unified Communications projects.
      - Provide oversight and support for the company's voice
      infrastructure.
      - NOTE: Within the Voice/UC realm this position will have a broad
      range of responsibilities ranging from support & documenting existing
      infrastructure to upgrade/refresh projects to strategic planning
& proof of
      concepts.
   - *Requirements/Must Have : *
      - Cisco Unified Communications Manager & Unity Connection
      - Minimum 5 years experience in Cisco voice projects and support.
      - CCNA certification.
   - *Skills & Qualification :*
      - Provide Level 4 operational & high level administrative support for
      sites Cisco phone systems. This role will not do daily Move Add Change
      support.
      - Provide problem management & resolution support and oversight for
      sites Cisco phone systems and telco voice circuits. This will include any
      maintenance issues.
      - Document the TEMA Voice Infrastructure
      - Provide implementation and mid-level project management support for
      Cisco phone system install & upgrade projects. This will include working
      with implementation vendors to oversee installation/upgrades and
      order/turn-up of telco voice circuit orders.
      - Manage Cisco voice infrastructure EoS/EoL lifecycle.
      - Manage Cisco voice infrastructure remote monitoring service
      (currently Cisco RMS).
      - Provide strategy and implementation support for Unified
      Communications projects (integration of voice infrastructure with UC).
      - Experience with Unified Communications implementations and support:
      Microsoft Lync, Cisco/Lync integrations, CUCILync, CUCM/CUC Active
      Directory integration, Unified Messaging with Exchange/Outlook,
      Mobility/Single Number Reach.
