Role: Pega System Architect
Location: Woonsocket, RI
3-6 months Contract
Healthcare, IT & Financial domain would be plus
Experience should not be less than 10 years.
Minimum Experience / Relevance
* Proven track record with BE / M Tech / MCA from good college / university
Desirable
* 10+ Years of hands on experience on Pega
* Should able to help RFP Teams/Solution Teams/Project Team
* Work experience on Pega 5.5/6.1/6.2/7.0
* Knowledge/work experience on Pega Framework will be added advantage
* Should able to involved in Requirement gathering, Identify the gaps in the
Requirements and talk to SMEs to fill the gaps
* Designing of BPM Applications
* Should have strong knowledge on Java/J2EE
* Strong OO design and UML experience
* Work experience on Oracle/SQL for writing SQL Statements/Stored Procedures,
etc.,
* Solid exposure to build / release / configuration management & deployment
practices
* Able to work in small, focused teams
* Should have good communication skills with good attitude
* Work experience on different project execution methodologies like RUP ,
Agile,
etc.,
* Having CSA,CSSA and LSA certification is added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
* Work closely with the business teams to understand business requirements
and define scope document
* Strong LSA Skills to Design & Development
* Guide the Project Teams in Technology acceptant
* Should Talk to the Client side SMEs
* Involve in all the meetings
* Ensuring all development meets business requirements and is delivered fully
tested and as per development plan
* Reviewing design document and understanding the detailed technical
specification
and identify the issues which impacts performance
* To ensure consistency of technology usage across a program, by continuously
reviewing existing toolsets and code, suggesting re-use of components and
ensuring
the design of new components allows for potential reuse
* Providing technical leadership to the team in order to produce system
designs
and code that is scalable, robust, reusable and flexible
* Assist in test strategizing and delivery, performance testing
* Unit tested software compliant with defined functional and non-functional
requirements
* High quality documentation as required in various stages of life cycle
* Should able to understand different project execution methodology
