We are forming the automation team Automation resources for the centralized automation team *Project Description:* *Position Overview:* *Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:* RESPONSIBILITIES: • Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions. Assist with complex problems regarding testing approaches, application knowledge, and technical knowledge. • Document and summarize test results and report findings. • Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard to effectively communicate test status to the test team and management. • Troubleshoot and resolve or recommend solutions to a diverse range of Complex software testing problems. Use judgment within defined policies and practices (includes software and technical documentation solutions). *Skills Overview:* *What are the MUST have skills and technologies that you are looking for in a candidate?* MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: · Should have experience on how to setup and run the tests for multiple browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari) · Should have experience on continuous integration and tools like Jenkins or Bamboo · - Ability to push quality upstream to product owners and other stakeholders. -Experience leading a small sized project team, -Implementing Agile practices. -Experience working in shorter release cycle/continuous Delivery environment (weekly/2-Week releases) -Mentoring other QA Engineers. - Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change. - Experience with CI tools like Jenkins/Cruise Control/Bamboo. - Ability to escalate accurately, timely and efficiently. - Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. - Ability to understand and integrate with cultural differences and engage with virtual cross-cultural, cross-border teams. - Knowledgeable in Automated testing Tools like Selenium/QTP. *What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?* • Strong planning, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment • Team player who exhibits effective interpersonal skills with a collaborative style • A positive, quality-oriented, reliable, organized, and flexible individual with an ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment *Will there be testing required for this role?
